Data voluntarily provided through contact forms (name, company, VAT, email, phone, message) and browsing data (IP, server logs).

Responding to requests — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Legal, accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Site security — legitimate interest.

4. Nature of data provision

Optional, but necessary to respond to enquiries.

5. Retention

Data processed with adequate safeguards, retained until consent withdrawal or erasure request, subject to legal obligations.

6. Recipients

Service providers (OVH, hosting; Slack, form notification management), appointed as data processors. Data not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.

7. Transfer outside the EU

Slack may process data in the US on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR).

8. Your rights

You may exercise rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR and lodge a complaint with the Italian DPA (garanteprivacy.it) by writing to selley@legalmail.it.
